In March 2026, Tri Pointe Homes launched LivingWell, a whole-home wellness concept that builds on its LivingSmart sustainability program. The first model is under construction at The Pavilions at Holladay Hills, a six-home luxury collection about 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Terra Group’s 194-residence, eight-story project in historic Coconut Grove puts a branded wellness operator inside the building. A 13,000-square-foot WELL club and a 40,000-square-foot rooftop oasis are planned with pools, hot and cold plunges, a fitness forest, pickleball, and recovery rooms.
